LEG maintains proven systems and internal controls to support detailed quantity takeoffs, unit pricing, freight allocation, and cost verification, enabling transparent and defensible pricing across multiple work sites. Our estimating approach integrates supplier quotes, shipping schedules, handling requirements, and site-specific delivery constraints to reduce risk and prevent cost overruns during project execution.

Procurement and Supply Chain Management is a core competency of our firm. We source materials, equipment, and subcontractor services; negotiate competitive pricing; and actively manage suppliers to support mission-critical schedules.
